The E-Community Loan Fund is intended to work with other financing. It may support eligible startup, expansion, equipment, inventory, real estate acquisition, business acquisition or working-capital needs.

E-Community funds are gap financing and must accompany financing from a bank, credit union or qualifying public source.
Understand the project mix
E-Community loans may cover up to 60% of total financing needs, while the remaining 40% comes from other eligible sources.

Current Network Kansas guidance lists rates beginning at 4% for terms of one to five years and 6% for terms of six to ten years.
